ACCOMMODATIONS
We have arranged for a block of rooms at the Wailea Beach Marriott Resort & Spa at a special seminar group rate from  $229 per night single/double plus tax plus a $15  per night resort fee. (Please register early because we have a limited number of rooms this extremely discounted rate.)   The resort fee includes free in room internet, fitness center access, and discounts on various services.  These rooms will be held until June 1, 2015. Once the room block has been released, there is no guarantee that any rooms will be available.

SPEAKERS

Richard K. Dixon is President and CEO of Dixon Healthcare Solutions, Inc., a national healthcare consulting firm specializing in Home Health and Hospice. His experience includes operations & financial management consulting, budgeting, preparation of Medicare and Medicaid Cost Reports.  Mr. Dixon has 25-plus years of experience in healthcare, including VP of Finance for home health agencies with annual revenues in excess of $30 million. He is a sought after speaker at state and national association meetings. Thousands of people have attended his seminar presentations.

Robert Liles   is the Managing Partner for Liles Parker Attorneys & Counselors at Law.  Mr. Liles focuses his practice on fraud defense, internal audits / investigations and compliance and regulatory matters.  He has represented a wide variety of health care providers in administrative and civil proceeding and in connection with compliance reviews.  He has worked with providers and suppliers in connection with audits conducted by ZPICs, RACs. MICs, and Medicaid Fraud Control Units  .

J’non Griffin RN, MHA, HCS-D, BCHH-C, COS-C, WCC  is a 26 year veteran of home care and is an AHIMA approved ICD-10-CM trainer/ambassador. She has experience as a field nurse, director and executive with home health and hospice agencies, both large and small. She has served as Director of Staff Development and Appeals for home health and hospice agencies. She has taken part in mock surveys for agencies, and prepared agencies for accreditation. She has been directly involved in accreditation surveys, acquisitions and many regulatory crises with state survey agencies and the intermediary. J’non currently is the Principal with Home Health Solutions, LLC, a consulting company for home health and hospice. J’non is also on the board of Home Care Directions, and is a frequent contributor, along with an expert on Beacon’s Ask an Expert Panel. She has published 2 books and has also been a contributor to the Decision Health Publication, The Diagnosis Coding Pro, and Eli’s Newsletter. She has presented several webinars, and has been a national speaker several times on varying subjects.

Richard Martin  is a fun-loving recreational pilot by preference, food chemist by degree, visionary and passionate Internet entrepreneur by choice.  He is the founder of WCN Interactive, Inc. a company dedicated to helping businesses effectively promote their company using online techniques so they can attract more business.  Richard has over forty years of business leadership experience, most with fortune 1000 companies, he has spent the last 15 years establishing and improving Internet marketing, sales, and business development for companies in various industries both locally and nationally.

Cheri Martin  is a lover of family, music, decorating, sports and conversation; is a Social Networking Visionary with 15 years of online marketing experience.  Cheri delights in Internet research; her skill in mastering the different Social Media sites, passion for networking, plus her joy of teaching, led her to begin educating others on Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter and other social platforms.  She is co-founder of WCN Interactive, a Social Business Marketing and Coaching company, and is always eager to share her expertise with others through training, coaching and speaking, so they too can have a better understanding of how to utilize the various social networking sites to attract more business and excel in Social Media and grow their vision.

Robert Floyd, MBS, CPHRM  is a 35-year veteran of management, most of which has been in the health care arena, having held management positions within home health, acute care, mental health and emergency medical services.  He has been involved with home health exclusively since 1995 including positions as agency administrator, corporate VP of Operations, HR Director, and Risk Manager.  Robert has broad experience in multiple states consulting with home health and successfully assisted numerous home health agencies in achieving CMS accreditation through nation vendors.  His primary are of consulting practice lies within the administrative aspects of home health with extensive knowledge and experience in the complex fields of human resources and risk management as well as quality management

Donna Floyd, RN, BSN  has been a Registered Nurse for over twenty seven years and has extensive health care experience in management of national, regional and start-up organizations, including home health agencies, hospices, private duty and physician practices. She is accomplished in the areas of program and policy development, staff education and competency development.  Donna’s broad span of experience ranges from successfully holding positions as Agency Administrator, Clinical Nurse Manager, and corporate VP of Program Development to leading organizations in successfully achieving growth and national accreditation.  She has provided leadership in the Home Care Association of Colorado as a liaison to the Department of Public Health survey department and served as a member of the Education Committee.  Donna has extensive experience with home health agencies and licensure rules in multiples states as well as having contracts in a variety of state departments of health.
